The Manor at Airmont is a family-owned, all-inclusive wedding venue. Our custom, experiential events are tailored to each couple, creating a unique and unforgettable experience. We take pride in telling your love story and delivering exceptional service through our planning, catering and design services.

FLORALS & INSTALLS

If you are looking for swoon-worthy custom florals, you have come to the right place. At The Manor at Airmont, every wedding is uniquely designed to tell your story. We customize florals and design for every couple to reflect your vision, goals, and guests.

  • Each floral package includes your ceremony installation, centerpieces, bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages and a few extras. Pricing is dependent on head count and whether you choose a Custom or Curated package.

  • After an initial planning meeting to gather ideas, color palette, and aesthetic, we put together a complete plan. At the 2-month walkthrough, we provide a full table mock-up with your centerpiece and bouquet so you can see them ahead of time and make sure they are perfect for you. We will choose your linens, china, flatware, and glassware to cohesively fit into the design.

  • The biggest differences between the two packages are stem count, size of the installations, and types of flowers.

PLANNING & STYLING

  • Our Partial and Full Planning packages both include a planning team who partners with you throughout the planning process. Here are some highlights of the journey:

    • Initial Planning Meeting

    • Chef’s Tasting Menu Experience

    • Design and Menu Meeting

    • 2 Month Design Mock-up

    • 1 Month and 2 Week Check-in

    • On the day of the wedding, you will have additional coordinators to oversee set-up, concierge services, and timeline management

  • Full Planning includes everything in Partial planning and a few extras.

    • Vendor contracts – With partial planning, we let you do the negotiation and we take over once you have signed a contract. With full planning we will handle all additional vendors and contracts.

    • Guest Management – Sometimes, the most stressful piece of planning, we will handle this for you. We will take care of sending invitations out, logging RSVP’s and guest choices.

    • Styling – We will take your planning experience to a more curated level by helping you choose the aesthetic and color palette of bridesmaids dresses with options and your bridal look to cohesively fit into your design.

    • Bridal Concierge – On the day of the wedding, we will have a coordinator assigned to be your assistant for the day.

At The Manor at Airmont, food takes center stage. Our Catering and Staff packages ensure that your guests have an exquisite dining experience.

  • Quality and abundance are key ingredients for Zesty Gourmet, along with a passion for mouthwatering flavors. John and Leanne believe quality ingredients are the only option., and they hand-select organic chicken, wild-caught fish, and prime beef and utilize local, organic vegetables that are sustainably grown.

    Before you choosing your menu, you will attend a Chef's Tasting Experience, a 12-15 course meal featuring multiple hors d'oeuvres, several entrees, and cocktails crafted by our mixologist.

  • Our bar manager will meet with you after the Chef’s Tasting to assist you with drink pairings and cocktail selections. Whether you want only beer and wine, a signature cocktail, or a full bar, we will help you plan the perfect bar package.

  • We partner with a team of dedicated and talented individuals to ensure a seamless experience so our couples and their guests can enjoy their special day. Everyone on our team is committed to excellence and has a wealth of experience. We offer a variety of service styles and our staff will take care of all of your setup, service, and tear down.

At The Manor at Airmont, photography is the end product of your unique love story. Every wedding is artfully captured by our team of experienced photographers who understand the importance of capturing every moment, emotion, and detail of your special day. We work with you to ensure that your wedding photos reflect your style and vision, from candid moments to posed shots, all while seamlessly blending into the background during the event.

  • We know that photography is subjective and based on style. With that in mind, we recommend a few different photographers, based on your taste.

    • Each package includes 8 hours of coverage, a second shooter, an online gallery of images, and an engagement session.

  • We have a list of videographers we trust with our clients’ special day. We have worked with them, and we know that they will put you and your vision first.

  • Capturing your day in a cohesive manner is important when the memories of the day are in your photos and film. Hybrid photo and video is a single company or professional that does both so that your images match your video. Hybrid would also include digital and analog film.

You have questions, and we have answers…

  • We are truly a family-owned and Guest-forward experience.  Anthony and Natallia manage the venue and guest experience, handle the planning and all of the florals and design.  Natallia's Parents own and are the Chef's behind Zesty Gourmet.  With our combined years working with people in the wedding industry and a cohesive process the experience you have from start-to-finish is truly what sets us apart from just a venue with vendors.

  • The rental period is for 24-hours, so you can choose when the event begins.  The event must end at 11 pm.  Typical ceremony start times are between 4-6.

  • Yes, if they do they are welcome to head to the ceremony space and we will have infused water for them.

  • No, you are welcome to use an outside photographer or videographer.

  • We can recommend local hotels, Airbnb's, or Local Bed and Breakfasts.

  • Dulles IAD is the nearest airport.

  • Yes, we will review this at your first planning meeting and make recommendations based on the best fit for you and your event.

  • We can make recommendations and assist in this.

  • Yes, absolutely.

  • We don't have a minimum.  Our space handles micro weddings to large weddings well.

  • You can choose rectangle or round with linen or upgrade to farm tables.  We have grey chiavari chairs.

  • Yes, you can choose partial or full planning.

  • $500.00

  • 6% sales tax will be charged on rentals, linens, food, florals and bar.  We do not charge any service fees or gratuity that is at your discretion.  It's never expected but always appreciated.

  • Yes, you can use the property however you envision.

  • We have a comprehensive plan to do your wedding indoors in the event of inclement weather.

  • We do overall budget pricing vs. per piece.

  • Stationed Buffet, Family Style, Plated, or Chef-Stationed

  • Yes, 4-12 are half of the adult package price and we do not charge for 3 and under.

  • Yes, all of the packages include sodas, juice and infused water.

  • Yes, with exception to guests under the age of 21, children and expectant mothers.

  • We will send a quote, once that has been accepted, you will receive a contract.  Once the deposit has been paid you will receive an invitation to book your first planning meeting.

  • 1 month before the event.
